Welcome to the Upper Montgomery Republican Women’s Club (UMRWC), founded for working women to participate in weekend and evening meetings and events. The UMRWC is a grassroots political organization with over 100 active members across Montgomery County and beyond.
We work to
- promote an informed citizenry through political education and activity.
- increase the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government.
- encourage and facilitate cooperation and communication among other federated clubs, and state and national federations.
- foster loyalty to the Republican party and promote its principles and candidates in all elections.
- support the objectives of the RNC and work for the election of national, state and local Republican Party nominees.
We meet monthly in Rockville to hear engaging speakers, connect with friends old and new, and discuss current events.
